# Client outcomes from operated outreach

> What the engine produced: 3.2x pipeline in 60 days for a fintech infrastructure company, 21.5% accept and 20.3% reply on our own pipeline, and a fleet refusal rate moved from 6.5% to 0.4% in eight days.

## Client outcomes from operated outreach

What the engine produced, with the industry and the shape of each company named and the numbers taken from our own records. A client's name appears here when that client asks for it to appear.

## Fintech infrastructure: founder-led sales to a repeatable pipeline in 60 days

A fintech infrastructure company where the founder was the only person closing. We rebuilt the ideal customer profile, set up the enrichment flows, wrote the sequences and trained the first sales rep. The founder stopped being the main closer in month two.

**3.2x** pipeline growth in 60 days

**11%** cold reply rate

**60d** to the first sales rep running solo

**€180k** pipeline in month 3

## Our own pipeline: the engine sells Re:Vault first

We are the first client of the thing we sell, which is why the numbers below have denominators. Fourteen LinkedIn profiles run every working day for our own pipeline and for client accounts, and every send, accept and reply lands in one database. Recomputed 30 August 2026.

| Reading | Figure | Counted |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Invitation accept rate | 21.5% | 158 accepts on 734 invitations sent 10 to 23 August 2026 |
| Reply rate after a first direct message | 20.3% | 38 replies from 187 people first messaged 30 July to 22 August 2026 |
| Total invitations | 1,562 | 27 July to 28 August 2026, across 14 profiles |
| Direct messages, InMails, post likes | 576 / 71 / 316 | 23 July to 30 August 2026 |

The definitions behind those two rates, and the reason there is exactly one definition of accept rate on this site, are on the [benchmarks page](https://re-vault.io/benchmarks/).

## Account safety across a fleet of client profiles

Client LinkedIn profiles belong to real people with real networks, so the platform's opinion of them is the asset we protect first. Across the whole fleet, the share of invitation attempts the platform refused moved in eight days:

| Period | Invitations through | Refused | Share of attempts |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Through 20 August 2026 | 1,030 | 72 | 6.5% |
| From 21 August 2026 | 532 | 2 | 0.4% |

Two changes did it: notes on connection requests moved to premium profiles only, and a refusal now costs one attempt instead of a day. The full measurement is on the [LinkedIn limits page](https://re-vault.io/linkedin-limits/).

## What we report, and when

| Point | What you see |
| --- | --- |
| Week 1 | The ideal customer profile written down, the signals chosen for the first two weeks, and the sending plan by day |
| Week 3 | Sending starts. First numbers with denominators: invitations out, accepts in, first replies |
| Day 30 | Accept rate by signal and by segment, on cohorts old enough to judge, plus the one change made that week |
| Day 60 | Reply rate by signal, conversations in flight, calls booked, and which signal earns the next month's volume |
| Day 90 | The full funnel by signal and segment, and the list of what has been retired and why |

Every one of those arrives as one email on Friday, and the same numbers are queryable through [MCP access](https://re-vault.io/mcp/) if you would rather ask your own assistant.

## Questions

### Why are client names left off this page?

Publishing an outcome is the client's call, and each of them is running outbound to a market where their competitors read the same pages. Names appear here when a client asks for their name to appear.

### How soon do results show up?

Weeks one and two go to the profile, the infrastructure and the warm-up. Sending starts week three, first replies usually land week three or four, and the first cohort old enough to judge arrives around day thirty.

### What happens if the numbers stay flat?

One change a week, made on at least 30 sends and 3 replies, and it goes in the Friday email with the reasoning attached. Billing is monthly, so a month that reads flat costs you one month.

### Do you work in my industry?

The engine is industry-agnostic; the signals are not. Bring the market and we write the signal plan for it in week one. The clearest fits so far have been fintech, payments, infrastructure and B2B software.

### Want this running on your own pipeline?
