## Questions buyers ask before starting operated outreach

The questions that come up on a first call, answered in the length they get answered on the call. Numbers here are recomputed from our own engine on 30 August 2026 and carry the count behind them.

## What it is

### What is operated outreach?

Someone else runs your outbound end to end and you take the meetings. Sourcing, signals, copy, sending, pacing, replies and the weekly read all sit on our side. Your side is a chat and one email on Friday.

### What do I actually get for $2,000 a month?

One operated sending profile, the infrastructure behind it, list building against live signals, one checkable fact per message, replies handled inside a day, meetings booked into your calendar, and a Friday email with numbers and denominators.

### Which channel do you run?

LinkedIn first, because that is where the accept, the reply and the profile check all happen in one place. Email through a data provider is the second touch and it switches on once the LinkedIn thread produces replies steadily.

### Is this software I have to operate?

The operating is the product. From $199 a month there is a level where you connect your own assistant to the same stack and run it yourself, which is the better buy when someone on your team has ten hours a week for this.

## Getting started

### How long until the first message goes out?

Sending starts in week three. Weeks one and two go to your profile, the infrastructure and the account warm-up, which climbs from 1 invitation a day to 10 across ten working days.

### When do the first replies land?

Usually week three or four. Across 226 accepts the median arrived 2.4 hours after the invitation and the 95th percentile at 4.9 days, so the accepts move fast and the conversations follow within days.

### What do you need from me in week one?

Who you sell to, what a good customer looks like, three companies you would like to reach, and access to the LinkedIn profile that will send. About ninety minutes of your time in total.

### Do you need my CRM?

Useful, optional. What matters most is a list of who you already talk to, so the engine can exclude them. Everything else lives in our database and is exportable at any point.

## Safety and control

### Will my LinkedIn account get restricted?

Protecting it is the job. Sends spread across the whole working window, at most one cold touch per profile per minute, a rolling ceiling of 100 invitations per seven days, and the pace comes down the day acceptance dips.

### What happens when LinkedIn refuses an invitation?

That profile pauses for 30 to 60 minutes and the next invitation goes to a different person. After moving notes to premium profiles only, our refusal rate went from 6.5% of attempts to 0.4% in eight days.

### Can I approve messages before they go out?

Yes, and on a profile belonging to one of your employees it is the default: they see the full list of names and the exact text before anything sends. On your own profile you can switch approval on for any campaign.

### Who answers when someone replies?

The agent answers slots, links and factual questions the same day. Price, negotiation, anything ambiguous and anything about your roadmap comes to a person as a draft first, and a person sends it.

### Will it sound like me?

The first touch is written in your voice from your own past messages, under 400 characters, with one checkable fact about the reader. Repeated phrasing is measured across each batch, so no closing line becomes a signature.

## Numbers and reporting

### What results should I expect?

Our own readings: 21.5% accept, from 158 accepts on 734 invitations, and 20.3% reply, from 38 replies among 187 people first messaged. Your market moves both. Every figure we report comes with its count attached.

### How much volume does one profile do?

Our fleet averaged 32.7 invitations per profile in the week of 24 August 2026, and the busiest single profile sent 80 in a week. Volume scales by adding warmed profiles rather than by pushing one harder.

### What is in the Friday email?

Sent, accepted, replied, each with its denominator, what the numbers say by signal, which conversations need you, and the one change made this week with the reasoning. Two minutes to read.

### Can I query the numbers myself?

Yes. MCP access from $199 a month connects your own Claude or ChatGPT to the same stack: your audience, your queue, your sent messages, your conversations and your numbers, and you can take anyone out of the queue in one line.

## Money and terms

### What are the levels and prices?

MCP access from $199 a month by the number of LinkedIn accounts ($199 for one, $499 for four), the operated worker $2,000, a team on top $5,000, fractional CRO $10,000. All month to month, no setup fee, and moving between levels takes one message.

### Is there a contract or a setup fee?

Monthly billing, no setup fee, no minimum term. Say the word and it stops, mid-month if you like.

### What happens to my data if I stop?

The cleaned-up profile, the lists, the signals, the copy variants and every conversation stay with you. Nothing is held in an account you cannot reach.

### How is this different at $5,000 and $10,000?

At $5,000 a team works your account daily across several channels with a named manager on the line with you. At $10,000 Dmitry joins personally: your sales calls, your deal reviews, your strategy.
