## An agentic outbound agency for B2B: LinkedIn outreach and GTM, operated

Re:Vault is an outbound agency for B2B companies, based in Barcelona and started in 2026. We write the go to market motion down and then run it every working day: the ideal customer profile, the buying signals, the list, the first message, the follow-ups, the replies and one email on Friday. Agents do the sourcing, the drafting and the sending, and three people own the judgment calls. One operated sending seat is $3,000 a month, and your own assistant can read the same stack from $199 a month. Every figure below was recomputed from our own database on 2 November 2026 and carries the count it came from.

## What the agency does, in the order it happens

Week one is the brief: one ninety-minute call on who buys, the exclusion list of accounts you already talk to, and the ideal customer profile written down in a form you can argue with. Week two is infrastructure and warm-up, and you read the first batch of names and the exact text of the first touch. Week three sending starts. From week four it is replies, meetings and one change to the system each week, made on at least 30 sends and 3 replies so that it reads as a measurement. The hours it takes from you, week by week, are on [the process page](https://re-vault.io/how-it-works/).

The channel is LinkedIn from your own profile, with email from separately warmed domains as the second touch at 6 cents per email sent. Both run through one governor that decides the minute each message goes out.

## What gets built in the first month, and what stays yours

At the end of month one these seven things exist and run. All of them stay with you, exportable at any time, whether we keep operating them or you take them in house.

| Built | What it is |
| --- | --- |
| Ideal customer profile | Segments, titles, company shape and the reasoning behind each, versioned so you can see what changed and when |
| Signal plan | The live reasons to write, planned ten working days ahead, with the sourcing recipe and the measured depth of each pool |
| Exclusion list | Your customers, your open deals and anyone already in a thread with you, enforced on our side and inside the email provider |
| Copy variants | Three first-touch voices running as a live test, each with its own accept and reply numbers by segment |
| Sending infrastructure | Your LinkedIn profile connected, the warm-up ramp, the pacing ceilings, and email domains warmed and owned by you |
| Reply handling | The reply classes, the answer the agent sends for each, and the classes that come to a person as a draft |
| The numbers | Every send, accept, reply and booking in one database, readable from your workspace and from your own model |

## Who does the work

Three people and a fleet of agents. The split below is the same on every account.

| The agent | A person |
| --- | --- |
| Sources the list against this week's signal and stores one checkable fact per person | Chooses the signal and the segment for the fortnight |
| Writes the first touch in your voice, from your own past messages | Approves the first batch of names and the exact text |
| Paces the sending across the working window and inside the profile ceiling | Sets the ceiling and owns the account's standing on the platform |
| Answers times, booking links, factual questions and closings | Sends price, negotiation and anything about your roadmap |
| Reads the week by signal and segment and proposes the one change | Takes the sales calls |

Of 349 answers sent to replying leads between 8 September and 1 November 2026, 234 went out exactly as the agent wrote them and 115 after a person edited them, with a median of 24 hours from the lead's message to ours. The 115 edited ones are where a person's judgment actually lands.

## What it costs

| Level | Monthly | What runs |
| --- | --- | --- |
| MCP access | from $199 | Your own Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor reads the stack and you run the queue yourself. $199 for one LinkedIn account, $299 for two, $399 for three, $499 for four |
| Operated worker | $3,000 | One sending seat run end to end by the agent, tuned to your market, watched daily. You read one email on Friday and take the calls |
| Team | $5,000 | A team on the account every working day across several channels, with more volume, new tests each week and a named manager |
| Fractional CRO | $10,000 | All of the above plus Dmitry on your sales calls and deal reviews, owning the revenue strategy |

Email is 6 cents per email sent on every level. Billing is monthly, half of the first month up front and the rest invoiced at the end of that month, and moving between levels takes one message. The side-by-side version is on [the plans page](https://re-vault.io/levels/).

## The numbers this agency runs on

We are the first client of the thing we sell, so these are our own sending, with the denominator next to every rate. Recomputed 2 November 2026.

| Reading | Figure | Counted |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Invitation accept rate | 25.7% | 1,096 accepts on 4,259 invitations sent 29 July to 26 October 2026, each with at least seven days to be answered |
| Reply rate after a first direct message | 18.8% | 196 replies from 1,043 people first messaged 30 July to 26 October 2026, against a published cold-outreach benchmark of 14.1% |
| Volume per sending profile | 26.7 invitations a week | 4,170 invitations across the twelve full weeks to 1 November 2026, from 9 to 15 profiles sending in any given week |
| Platform refusals | 0.4% of attempts | Holding on 3,570 attempts from 21 August to 2 November 2026, after two pacing changes |
| Scale of the fleet | 20 profiles, 17 workspaces | 4,584 invitations, 2,655 direct messages, 194 InMails and 1,254 post likes, 29 July to 2 November 2026 |

The definition behind each of those, and the reason there is exactly one definition of accept rate across this site, are on [the benchmarks page](https://re-vault.io/benchmarks/). Published client outcomes are on [the outcomes page](https://re-vault.io/case-studies/).

## Where this fits a B2B SaaS company

- Your buyers are reachable on LinkedIn, and you can name the title that owns the problem you solve.

- A founder or a first commercial hire is doing the selling, and their hours belong on the calls.

- There is a reason to write this week: a hiring event, a funding round, a product change, a regulatory date.

- One operated seat at $3,000 a month sits inside the budget you would otherwise put against a loaded in-house seat at $9,000 to $12,000. The six line worksheet behind that range is on [the SDR cost page](https://re-vault.io/sdr-cost/).

- You want the system itself, with its lists, signals and copy variants, to belong to you from the first month.

## Questions

### What should I ask a LinkedIn outreach agency for B2B before signing?

Three things, and they are all answerable in one email. The denominator behind every rate they quote, because the count is what makes an accept rate readable. The age of the cohort behind it, because invitations sent yesterday are still waiting to be answered. And who answers when a lead replies, with the share of answers that went out as the agent wrote them. Ours are 25.7% accept on 4,259 invitations, cohorts aged at least seven days, and 234 of 349 answers sent unedited.

### What makes a GTM agency a fit for a B2B SaaS company?

The engine is industry-agnostic and the signals are specific, so the fit question is really about signals. Bring the market and we write the signal plan for it in week one: who buys, what event makes this week the week to write, and where those people are findable. The clearest fits so far have been fintech, payments, infrastructure and B2B software. The first month builds the ideal customer profile, the signal plan and the sending infrastructure, and all three stay yours.

### Can an agency build an outbound system that I keep?

Yes, and the section above is the inventory. At the end of month one you hold the ideal customer profile, the signal plan, the exclusion list, the copy variants with their measured rates, the sending infrastructure and the database. Export is available at any time and billing is monthly, so you decide about taking the system in house with it already running.

### What does agentic mean in an outbound agency in 2026?

Measured by which work the machine finishes on its own. Here the agent sources the list, stores a checkable fact per person, writes the first touch in your voice, paces every send, runs the follow-ups, answers the safe reply classes and reads the week by signal. A person picks the signal, approves the first batch, owns the account's standing with the platform, sends anything about price, and takes the calls. Across 349 answers between 8 September and 1 November 2026, 234 went out exactly as the agent wrote them.

### Do you work as a GTM consultant as well as running the outbound?

Yes, at the fractional CRO level, $10,000 a month, where Dmitry joins your sales calls and deal reviews and owns the revenue strategy while the engine runs underneath. The operated level at $3,000 a month is the running version, and MCP access from $199 a month is the version where your own assistant drives and the stack supplies the data.

### How soon does an agency engagement produce replies?

Weeks one and two go to the brief, the profile and the warm-up ramp, which climbs from 1 invitation a day to 10 across ten working days. Sending starts in week three and first replies usually land in week three or four. Across 660 accepts on invitations sent between 2 September and 18 October 2026 the median accept came back in 6.2 hours and 66% inside the first day, so the first cohort is visible on day one. The first cohort old enough to judge arrives around day thirty.
