## Refund Policy

Billing is monthly, in advance, with no setup fee and no minimum term.

## Cancelling

One message cancels the subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and everything runs as normal until then.

## Refunds

Once a billing cycle has started, the payment for that cycle is not refunded: the work for the period (sourcing, sending, handling replies, reporting) is already running. If a payment was made in error, charged twice, or something looks wrong on your statement, email [dmitry@re-vault.io](mailto:dmitry@re-vault.io) and it gets corrected.

## What stays with you

The sending profile, the lists, the signals, the message copy and every conversation built while working with Re:Vault stay with the client after cancellation. Nothing is held back.
