Billing is monthly, in advance, with no setup fee and no minimum term.
One message cancels the subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and everything runs as normal until then.
Once a billing cycle has started, the payment for that cycle is not refunded: the work for the period (sourcing, sending, handling replies, reporting) is already running. If a payment was made in error, charged twice, or something looks wrong on your statement, email dmitry@re-vault.io and it gets corrected.
The sending profile, the lists, the signals, the message copy and every conversation built while working with Re:Vault stay with the client after cancellation. Nothing is held back.
