These terms cover the use of Re:Vault's services as described on re-vault.io.
Re:Vault provides operated B2B outreach: sourcing, personalized outreach copy, sending, reply handling and reporting, at the levels published at re-vault.io/levels/ (MCP access, the operated worker, team, fractional CRO).
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. No setup fee, no minimum term. Prices are the ones published on re-vault.io at the time of billing.

You give us accurate information about who to contact and what a good customer looks like. You do not ask us to contact people who have opted out, or to send content that is illegal, deceptive, or breaks the rules of the platform it goes out on.
Every list, signal, message and conversation produced while working together belongs to you and is handed over on request or on cancellation.
Reply and meeting rates vary by market and audience. We report the real numbers every week and adjust the system, but we do not promise a fixed number of replies or meetings.
Re:Vault's liability under these terms is limited to the fees paid in the billing cycle immediately before the issue arose.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
These terms can change. The version in force is always the one published at this address; the date at the bottom is the last time it changed.
