How operated outreach works, week by week

What happens after you pay, in the order it happens, with the hours it takes from you written next to each week. Sending starts in week three and the first replies usually land in weeks three and four.

Week 1 · The brief and the profile

From you: about 90 minutes. One call where you describe who buys, what a good customer looks like, and three companies you would like to reach. You hand over the list of accounts you already talk to, so they get excluded before anything is sourced.

From us: the ideal customer profile written down in a form you can argue with, the signals chosen for the first two weeks, the exclusion list loaded, and the sending profile cleaned up so that a stranger who clicks through after a message sees relevance.

Week 2 · Infrastructure and warm-up

From you: one approval. You read the first batch of names and the exact text of the first touch, and you say go. On a profile belonging to one of your employees this approval is required for every batch, because those are their relationships.

From us: the sending profile connects to the stack, the warm-up ramp starts at 1 invitation a day and climbs to 10 across ten working days, and the first list is sourced against the week's signal with one checkable fact stored per person. People with no fact are dropped rather than written to with a generic opener.

Week 3 · Sending starts

From you: nothing scheduled.

From us: invitations go out spread across the whole working window, at most one cold touch per profile per minute. When someone accepts, the first message names what we do in one line and stays under 400 characters. Follow-ups add something new each time rather than repeating the first message.

First replies usually land here. Across 226 accepts the median arrived 2.4 hours after the invitation, so the acceptances are visible within the first day and the conversations start within the first week.

Week 4 and after · Replies, meetings, and one change a week

From you: the calls, and the occasional judgment call. Price, negotiation and anything about your roadmap arrives in the chat as a draft with the context attached, and you decide.

From us: replies answered inside a day, calls booked into your calendar, and one change to the system each week, made on at least 30 sends and 3 replies so that it is a reading rather than a hunch.

Every Friday · One email

Sent, accepted, replied, each with its denominator. What the numbers say by signal and by segment. Which conversations are waiting on you. The one change made this week and why. Two minutes to read, and it is the whole reporting surface unless you want more.

If you would rather ask your own assistant instead of reading, MCP access from $199 a month puts the same queue, the same sent messages and the same numbers inside the model you already use.

The five gates a message passes before it is sent

  1. A live reason to write. If the first line would still be true a year from now, it is a description rather than a signal, and the person is dropped.
  2. One checkable fact, with its source stored. A specific posting, a specific post, a specific product change.
  3. Exclusions. Your customers, your open deals, anyone already in a thread with you.
  4. Repetition check. Across a batch, no exact repeats, and no single closing line on more than a quarter of the messages.
  5. Pace. The governor decides the minute it goes out, spread across the working window and inside the profile's ceiling.

What stays on your side, always

  • The sales calls. We book them, you take them.
  • Price and commercial terms. Those come to you as a draft and you send them.
  • Anything published under your name. Posts arrive for approval.
  • The stop button. Monthly billing, and one message pauses everything mid-month.

Questions

What do you do after I pay?

Week one is the brief, the ideal customer profile and the profile clean-up. Week two is infrastructure, warm-up and the first list. Week three sending starts. Week four onward is replies, meetings and one change a week.

How much of my time does this take?

About ninety minutes in week one, one approval in week two, and two minutes on Friday after that. Judgment calls arrive in the chat with the context attached, a handful a month.

Why does sending start in week three?

A new sending profile climbs from 1 invitation a day to 10 across ten working days. Starting at full volume on day one is the fastest way to get the account restricted, and the profile is the asset.

Who writes the messages?

The agent drafts in your voice from your own past messages, and every draft passes the five gates above before it is queued. You see the first batch in full, and any batch after that on request.

Can I pause or stop?

One message, mid-month if you like. The profile, the lists, the signals, the copy variants and every conversation stay with you.
